Our company—Del Mare sas, based in Marina di Massa (Costa Apuana)—has been operating in the real estate sector for 28 years.
Building on a long-standing tradition of professionalism, integrity, and transparency, we have decided to follow the new path charted by the Grimaldi family. With deep, solid roots, they have created the first network of high-end professional real estate agents united under a single brand: L’immobiliare.com.
We are Ruggero (Managing Director) and Fiorella (Partner); together with our office coordinator, Marianna, we are embarking on this new journey, joining a large number of existing operational units across Italy.
Del Mare sas has been active in real estate brokerage since 1998. We have always been based in Massa and Marina di Massa, gaining profound knowledge of the local market and the Costa Apuana region—spanning from the Ligurian border to the entire Versilia area.
For over thirty years, we operated as franchisees of the “Grimaldi Franchising” brand, which underwent various changes in ownership and mergers with other groups (external to the Grimaldi family) over time. However, consistent with our long-standing work philosophy, we felt the need to resume our journey with L’Immobiliare.com—a real estate network comprising a select group of highly experienced and reliable professionals in each city.
Consequently, we have adjusted our office’s operational model, shifting from a franchise affiliation to a network partnership—a new approach that aligns with current real estate market dynamics.
The team remains the same; while the brand is certainly important, it is the people who make the difference. By re-evaluating our approach, we embraced more modern management tools, collaborating with young, ambitious agents whom we could train and help grow based on sound principles and shared goals.
